Sourced from old vines in the Hyland vineyard, this is bone dry, aromatic and packed with flavor. Preserved lemon, orange rind and crisp apple with a touch of brine combine in a fascinating and extended palate. I served it at a dinner party and here's how the conversation went. Guest #1:  "Sparkling Riesling! Who knew?" (Look up sekt). Guest #2: "Is it sweet?" (No!) Guest #3: "This is really good!" Guest #4:  "More please" Moral of the story - whatever you may think, this wine should be tried. It is truly delicious, and offered at a discount on the winery website.
