Day 2021 Vin de Days Blanc
Styled as an Alsatian blend of five white grapes, this has all the hallmarks of a Day wine – wild yeasts, co-fermented grapes, full malolactic and low alcohol. It's orchestrated with flavor details of clover, lemon oil and rind, green papaya and even a hint of apple poundcake. It's no small feat to co-ferment so many grapes and retain focus, as has been done here. This is a unique and splendid white wine ready for your spring picnics.
