Gramercy Cellars 2021 Olsen Vineyard Rosé
This blended rosé is built upon a southern French model of 52% Cinsault, 24% Grenache and 24% Syrah, all sourced from the excellent Olsen Vineyard. The winery suggests a drinking window through 2024; again a tip of the hat to the French styles of rosé which can age a bit. Textured and detailed, it's a mix of watermelon, pink grapefruit and wild strawberries, underscored with appealing minerality. It was aged entirely in stainless steel; the finish goes on and on and on.
