L'Ecole No. 41 2019 Estate Grown Ferguson Vineyard
A visit to this spectacular site should be on any Walla Walla wine enthusiast's bucket list. This five-grape Bordeaux blend is arguably the winery's top blend. It's half Cabernet Sauvignon, the other half a mix of Merlot, Cab Franc, Malbec and Petit Verdot. The aromatics bring a wealth of details starting with briary berries, dried forest floor leaves and branches, and green tea. Give this more time to soften up the chewy tannins. Best drinking 2025 to 2040.
