This week's featured wine is from my cellar and is the rarest of the wines from Spring Valley Vineyards. This unique Walla Walla winery was founded by the Corkrum/Derby family in a little valley just a few miles from my home. Fifth generation wheat farmers, they took the plunge into grape growing almost three decades ago and began making their own wines in 1999. Each wine features a photo and biography of a family member. This Cabernet Franc was so delicious that I failed to make notes so here's a one-word review:  YUM!
