Soléna 2020 Grande Cuvée Pinot Noir
This is a little pricier than most of my Value selections but… for top tier Willamette Valley Pinot this definitely qualifies. It's especially impressive being a new release from the wildfire vintage. Not a hint of any smoke issues here. It's a very pretty purple/garnet color with supple, sweetly tangy red and purple fruits. This is already accessible but with the structure and depth to age well. Light hints of fresh herbs and a vein of licorice add further interest.
