Fiddlehead 2014 Seven Twenty Eight Fiddlestix Vineyard Pinot Noir

Rich flavors of currant and strawberry preserves highlight this aromatic, lightly spicy wine. Kathy Joseph picks several clones separately then co-ferments select lots for this cuvée. The aromatics and mid-palate concentration are exceptional, and her decision to hold back vintages (see interview below) really pays a dividend here.

2200 cases; 13.5% abv; $46
