Lacewing 2021 Rosé of Dolcetto

I don't recommend much cellar time for any rosé, but this has the right stuff to improve over the next 18 – 24 months. It's 100% varietal, entirely sourced from the Dwelley vineyard, fermented in neutral oak and aged on the lees for four months prior to bottling. Such attention to detail and process results in a wine with precision, elegance and complexity. This is an exceptional Walla Walla rosé with berry, tree fruit and citrus components entwined and supported with balanced acidity. Drink now - 2024.
